Jappa was founded more than 35 years ago by its main shareholder and current CEO, Cengiz Ozazman, a Turkish businessman who set up in Switzerland 30 years ago. Over time it has expanded and diversified. Today the five companies in the Group operate in the Kuşadası region of Turkey and are the undisputed regional leaders in their business sector.
 

Jappa Construction
Incorporated into the Group at the end of 2005, this company specialises in holiday and retirement villages, as well as prestige villas. The projects were designed and supervised by the office of the Architect Charles Steiger in Geneva (Switzerland).

Jappa Real Estate & Promotions: Real estate
Constituted in Switzerland, Jappa RE&P is responsible for the financing of projects and international sales to individuals and institutions, both for Jappa Construction projects and for the promotion of other companies in the Groupe.

Jappa Carrière Ltd.: quarrying of construction materials
To support its construction business and to participate in the present and future development of real estate, the Group acquired a 57 hectare site to extract sand, gravel and cut stone. The company has already achieved turnover of € 1.5 million.

Jappa Petrol Ofisi: fuel distribution
Since 1974, the Groupe has operated in Kuşadası a fuel distribution concession on a site that it owns. Located on the Izmir-Aydin-Antalya route, with annual turnover of more than € 12 million, this concession is one of three largest in the region.
